  1. Self-Serve Refund, No Questions Asked: If you are unhappy with Nimble for any reason, you can cancel your preorder and request an automatic refund any time.
  2. Refunds After Preorder Redemption: If you’ve redeemed your preorder and decide to cancel within 30 days, you are eligible for a refund. However, after this period, refunds will be given at our discretion. Rest assured, we’ll still consider your situation with fairness and empathy.
  3. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, simply reach out to our customer support team at help@nimbleapp.dev. We’ll process your refund as quickly as possible and ensure a smooth experience.
  4. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser of the SaaS product. Additionally, to be eligible for a refund, you must have used our product for legitimate purposes and not violated our terms of service.
  5. No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds. The refund will cover the full purchase amount of the SaaS product.
